Emily

Emily

Director I Occupational Therapist

Emily has always had a passion for working with young people. Actively involving herself within her local netball club,  supporting Camp Capacity (Muscular Dystrophy SA) and volunteering as a Play Therapist at the Women’s and Children’s Hospital over her years of study. Emily originally  worked in Adelaide’s Northern suburbs with varying levels of disability, language delays and complex trauma but she wanted to also be able to provide an occupational therapy service to locals in her community. With a lot of conversation and planning Country Kids OT’s first client was in January 2022. Emily originally split her time between the northern suburbs and the hills and as the business found its feet her priority was for each and every family to feel important and supported. Whilst the team has grown and our venue has changed – our philosophy remains the same. Our staff, our clients and their families are so important to us.  Each and every new client and their family creates their own special place in our Country Kids OT family and we continue to look for new ways that we can support each and everyone of you as you navigate this journey.
